Jade is a BCBA who has been in the field of ABA since 2017. Jade discovered ABA on accident while in undergrad and after only 4 months decided to change career paths, knowing that this was the career that would bring her the most joy and fulfillment. With a creative and energetic personality, Jade strives to bring her "Miss Frizzle" energy to all of the kids she works with, often times being the silliest in the room.
At Empower ABA our number one goal is to help all of our learners be the most independent versions of themselves while respecting their identity as autists and fostering an environment of individuality and acceptance. I have extensive experience with functional communication training, particular with AAC devices. With Empower ABA, you can expect "work" to look like play and to see clinicians following the learner's lead.
At Empower ABA you can expect a safe place for "stimming" and creativity. All interventions will be tailored to the learner and implemented with compassion. We place high priority for collaboration and open communication with parents and other providers across varying community settings.
