Alexa has over 15 years of experience serving those with special needs. Upon discovering ABA, she fell in love with the field and worked to acquire her RBT followed by her BCaBA then her BCBA. Her passion lies in providing compassionate and individualized services to clients and their families. Alexa came to Finni in order to start her own practice that would put the decisions and control back into the hands that matter – the clients! Alexa has extensive experience working in all settings and with ages ranging from 18-months up to adulthood. She has 10+ years of management experience and truly enjoys providing support and supervision to both RBTs and BCBAs in training.
As a client, you can expect honesty, transparency and someone who will go to bat for you and your loved one. She believes that the field of ABA truly can change lives – but only when done with kindness, humility and a constant desire to learn and do better each day.
